"With this final post, I've reached the bittersweet end of my journey as a second-year ELT student. I'll be sharing both the positive and negative aspects of my experiences with the ICT courseespecially on using technology in English Language Teaching (ELT). Stay tuned!"

Before taking the ICT course, I hadn't considered completely the role of technology in English language teaching and was unsure of its benefits. However, the course has significantly changed my views. We had assignments using the various tools almost every week like making podcasts, digital stories, infographics, and  Magic School AI tool etc. Among these activities, making infographics was my favorite. This task let me show complex information clearly and in a visually appealing way. It also helped me get better at organizing and emphasizing important data. However, while all tools were useful, I found the digital story task less enjoyable. It was hard to create engaging stories that also fit educational goals. Engaging directly with various digital tools and methodologies has demonstrated how technology can enrich the learning experience and make teaching more dynamic and accessible. During the course, we thought deeply about how these tools fit into real teaching situations. This made it easier for me to see how beneficial technology can be in the classroom.

This lesson demanded quite a bit of time and effort, especially considering we have other subjects to study as well. Balancing our workload from other courses while completing various tasks, such as making infographics, digital stories, podcast required careful planning and a lot of work to finish. Learning how to use new tools also took some time, but it was worth it. Even though it was tough to handle all the work, I learned a lot about using technology in my teaching career.

I'm excited to continue exploring the ever-evolving landscape of educational technology and incorporating innovative approaches into my teaching. But for now, it's time to take a well-deserved mental holiday. Lastly, I hope that what I've shared during this process has been beneficial to you. "Take care of yourself. See you soon!"

Today, I will tell you what I learned about infographics because, in our material design class, our teacher asked us to create infographic and share it with you. Our task in the infographic we created was to choose a topic related to ethical and legal issues regarding the correct use of technology. Now, I will give you information about what an infographic is and how I prepared it.  Infography helps to make the information more understandable to the reader by reinforcing it with different symbols and diagrams. One of the most important concerns in the digital age that I have chosen to write about is security and privacy. Creating AI-integrated Teaching Material and Lesson Plan

Hello!  I’m excited to share the project we’ve been working on. For this task, we designed an engaging worksheet to help students plan a movie night using AI. We used Canva to create the worksheets, which included activities like matching sentences with genres and using ChatGPT to plan the event. Since it was a group assignment, we divided tasks to ensure everything ran smoothly. It was a fun activity to prepare, as it allowed us to combine creativity with technology, making the lesson both interactive and enjoyable for the students. Additionally, we prepared an ASSURE-based lesson plan for this task, ensuring the learning objectives and materials were carefully aligned to support student engagement.
